AG Vertical Lifelines

To complement our horizontal systems, we also provide a full range of fall protection solutions for safe vertical access. Common applications include ladders, telecommunication installations, wind turbines and utility pylons. We provide two main types of vertical fall protection system, both of which conform to BS EN 353 Part 1: Guided Type Fall Arresters:-

Vertical systems are used for safe access to structures with angles of between 15-90 degrees. Our cable systems are manufactured from marine grade 316 stainless steel and incorporate 8mm 1x19 stainless steel cable intermediate anchors, terminating top anchor and energy absorber. In the event of fall, the energy absorber limits the load to 6KN on both the user and the structure.

The Access Groups' vertical track systems can be fixed directly onto existing ladders or provided with integrated rungs for completely new installations.
